Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this period will be declined. Your order can be returned for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please expect longer processing times during holidays and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, it may take 7-12 days for your order to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I have to pay customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in GBP £, which means you may be responsible for customs and taxes once your order arrives. Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may apply when your order reaches the final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities in your country. What if the items I received are faulty/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you received incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the items, and any related information as soon as you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will appear in your account. If you have not received a refund for your return, please contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
