RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-Day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. If you are located outside Switzerland, please be aware that shipping times may be longer.

Damages or Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

3-Day Withdrawal Period for European Union
In addition to the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without providing a reason. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
